Your full payment in advance completes your registration and ensures your enrollment in this course. Fee includes enrollment, educational materials, Nursing credit or CEPTC’s, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, luncheon and medical center parking.
Cancellations: Registration fee less $30 administrative charge is refundable if cancellation is received in writing
by March 1, 2019. After this date there will be no refund.
The Registration form and fees must be mailed. We apologize for any inconveniences, but this helps the ITNS Gateway Chapter minimize and maintain the registration fees.
Nursing Credits
